She has Thirteen (13) years of extensive and diverse experience in contract management, legal drafting, regulatory compliance, strategy, research, corporate advisory, negotiation, intellectual property, project management, sales/marketing, and management skills.

A demonstrated pedigree of working at various levels in law practice and industry. She is skilled in, data protection, entertainment law, policy formulation and implementation.

A startup enthusiast and strategist, passionate about building businesses and challenging the status quo. passionate about innovation, impact investing, and sustainable business ideas. She helps startups and businesses scale and she loves to be part of the journey of an emerging business. She has a strong professional and educational background. She worked as a legal and regulatory analyst in the legal and regulatory department at Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company, Port Harcourt, and as a research assistant at the Lagos Business School (Christopher Kolade Centre for Research in Leadership and Ethics). As a Senior Associate at Olisa Agbakoba Legal, she was the team lead for the tech practice, she led the tech activities of the start-up accelerator initiative of the Sports, Entertainment, and Technology (SET) practice group. She nurtured six start-ups across fintech, health tech, media/entertainment, renewable energy, and mobility/logistics sectors, through mentorship, training, legal and regulatory services.

She was the head of legal department of a global company, Sochitel UK Limited where she negotiated partnerships that grew the company revenue by 40%. At Sochitel, the legal team, under her leadership, were pivotal in navigating complex corporate advisory and regulatory compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. They successfully developed and implemented robust processes and policies to ensure alignment with GDPR and AML-CFT best practices, fostering a secure and compliant operating environment.

Her tenure at Sochitel and Olisa Agbakoba Legal has honed her expertise in technology law, data privacy, and intellectual property, which are fundamental to the business strategy and growth. The collective efforts were instrumental in securing partnerships that significantly enhance Sochitel's revenue streams, reinforcing her commitment to innovation and excellence in the legal domain.
